Job Opportunity: Strengthen Family Farmers in Brazil
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive diagnosis of agricultural extension calls for sociobiodiversity, focusing on differentiated policies and programs that enhance national government, local, and family farmers' capacities.
- Design an operational manual guiding processes for monitoring, evaluation, and systematization of experiences linked to agricultural extension calls and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with the programme team to report on project progress and outcomes.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong knowledge of agricultural development, rural extension, and sociobiodiversity principles is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in agricultural extension, development, and/or sociobiodiversity.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
