Job Overview

We are seeking a Rooms Division Supervisor to lead our hospitality operations.

  • Coordinate group activities to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Communicate equipment needs with management to maintain efficient operations.
  • Drive housekeeping excellence by fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Promote awareness and utilization of luxury amenities.
  • Enforce accountability for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide timely, effective resolutions to guest concerns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a premium hospitality setting.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
