As a seasoned fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the mission and strategic goals of our organization. To excel in this position, you must be an adept communicator with proven experience in building relationships with donors, sponsors, alumni, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising plan that aligns with our organizational objectives.
  • Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute captivating fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, such as capital campaigns, online giving drives, auction evenings, and alumni engagement events.
  • Donor Relations: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with potential and current donors, sponsors, and partners. Develop and execute donor recognition programs that foster a culture of giving.
  • Research, identify, and apply for grants and sponsorship opportunities that align with our mission.
  • Alumni Engagement: Foster lifelong connections between alumni and our organization, encouraging giving and support.
  • Marketing & Communications: Work collaboratively with our marketing team to create compelling fundraising content, including newsletters, social media posts, and donor appeals.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor contributions, and financial reports. Provide regular updates on fundraising progress to leadership.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution of events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • English fluency is essential, as communication with international stakeholders will be a core aspect of this role.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience.
