Development Fundraiser Specialist

The Development Fundraiser is responsible for creating and executing fundraising strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
This role requires a strong communicator who can build relationships with donors, sponsors, alumni, and community partners to secure financial support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive annual fundraising plan to meet organizational goals.
- Organizing and coordinating fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential and current donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Researching and identifying grant opportunities that align with the organization's mission.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising content.
- Maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities and providing regular updates on fundraising progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- English fluency is essential for this position, as communication with international stakeholders will be a core part of the role.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
