Johnson & Johnson is a multinational corporation that has been caring for the world, one person at a time, for over 125 years. We are currently recruiting a Regional Leader to lead all aspects of our Records and Information Management Program in the Americas.
This position will ensure business functional area compliance and develop processes to support program objectives while driving alignment and standardization across sectors. The successful candidate will guide efforts to ensure the integrity, authenticity, and trustworthiness of records over their entire lifecycle, using records management systems to analyze existing record inventories and recommend alternate storage solutions.
The Regional Leader will also assist with acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring consistency in approach and tracking metrics. This individual will work closely with IT, project teams, and business partners to develop migration strategies and solutions for long-term storage, as well as supervise RIM support of audits and inspections performed by internal teams and external regulatory authorities.
In addition to leading the RIM Program, this role will involve developing, modifying, reviewing, and implementing RIM SOPs and guidance documents, promoting supplemental RIM training and education modules, and collaborating with key partners and the RIM community to achieve awareness and compliance with RIM procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of direct related Records & Information Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of records management principles
- Familiarity with compliance requirements
- Experience with auditing principles and concepts
