Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our legal team as a Client Communication Manager. The ideal candidate has experience managing client communications, coordinating information between clients and attorneys, and ensuring a seamless flow of case-related updates. This role supports attorneys and case managers by maintaining clear communication, tracking client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the legal process.

By proactively managing client communications and coordinating information, this position saves valuable time for legal staff and enhances efficiency, accuracy, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding case updates and inquiries.
  • Draft and send clear and concise client communications, including emails, letters, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to gather information and respond to client questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in legal databases such as Clio or PracticePanther.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Monitor client communication timelines and assist with calendar management for follow-ups and meetings.
  • Support legal staff with document preparation, case updates, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in client communication, legal administration, or related support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with legal case management platforms such as Clio or PracticePanther.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
