Job Title: Strategic Program Leader

Become part of our cardiovascular informatics program team, responsible for end-to-end program execution to bring innovations to market and drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.


About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned program leader to formulate overall program plans in consultation with management and other parties concerned based on requirements.
  • The successful candidate will drive definition and execution of cross-functional projects aligned with the overall program plan.
  • Key responsibilities include organizing cross-functional resources, helping the team specify quality standards in processes, and identifying project risks and developing scenarios to overcome them.
  • The strategic program leader will also represent the program team to optimize fit for use and overall effectiveness.
  • Gathering and integrating project performance and progress information is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 14 years of work experience in software, preferably healthcare-related.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record in sophisticated environments with many different stakeholders.
  • Skill in portfolio, program, and project management techniques and methodologies is essential.
  • Experience with SaaS development and business models is an added advantage.
  • Strong influence and delivery skills through others and in a complex, global, matrix organization are required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration are necessary.
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate at different levels in the organization is a must.
  • Fluency in English is required.
