Industrial Process Optimization Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional with the ability to design, implement and execute advanced process control solutions across various industries.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying cutting-edge digital technologies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, physics, thermodynamics, chemistry, automation, and control systems.
They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with process modeling, simulation, and control design is highly desirable, as is knowledge of typical industrial processes such as oil and gas, refining, petro-chem, and power generation.
Requirements- Master's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in process control, including modeling, simulation, and control design.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills.
