Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing efficient supply plans to meet production demands.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and inputs.
  • Creating and managing inventory policies to optimize stock levels.
  • Analyzing and updating demand planning parameters, including Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Lead Time, and Service Level.
  • Managing requisitions and tracking purchase orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sharing replenishment plans with cross-functional teams on a monthly basis.
  • Efficiently managing material obsolescence and item code management in our ERP system.
  • Supporting and monitoring key performance indicators for demand performance.
  • Collaborating in the development and update of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • More than 4 years of experience in supply planning or similar roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and ABC classification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Bejerman and SAP systems (not mandatory).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.
