Supply Chain Optimization Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration or Industrial Engineering graduate to fill a key position as Supply Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Develop, execute, and maintain the supply plan for raw materials and inputs to support production operations.
  • Ensure uninterrupted availability of necessary raw materials and inputs.
  • Establish and manage stock policies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Regularly review and update demand and supply planning parameters such as Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP), Lead Time (LT), and Service Level (SL).
  • Manage requisitions and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate replenishment plans with Quality Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams on a monthly basis.
  • Efficiently manage material obsolescence and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless creation, deletion, and modification of item codes in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Support and analyze demand performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in supply planning or similar roles, preferably within pharmaceuticals or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including ABC classification and stock control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Bejerman and SAP.
  • Fluency in English language, with intermediate to advanced level.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
