Strategic Accounts Manager, Consumables, Marketplace Expert

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Manager to join our Brazil Marketplace team. As a critical driver of business growth, you will engage with our most strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze seller data to create tailored account plans and advise sellers on optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Promote and drive seller adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions.
  • Escalate critical seller feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, data handling, pivot tables, lookups).
