About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing top strategic accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a set of strategic and relevant accounts for Amazon to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  • Partner with key accounts to provide data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Work closely with merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
  • Track and report development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
