We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting line managers in managing high-performing teams, providing day-to-day advice, case management, and project delivery in line with the business's people plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports employees and line managers in various aspects of HR, including day-to-day advice, case management, and project delivery.
- Works closely with the People & Culture Consultant to execute projects and activities within the client group's people plan.
- Counsels and coaches line managers in making changes to their organization or in sensitive decisions/activities.
- Assesses talent, facilitates growth conversations, and identifies critical roles.
- Pre-empts employee relations issues by staying up-to-date with external legal context.
- 7+ years' experience in providing HR generalist support in a demanding operational environment.
- Commercial Acumen: ability to understand customer demands and respond proactively.
- Consultancy skills: proven skills in understanding client needs and delivering solutions using people management tools.
- Organizational design & Effectiveness: skills to handle, simplify, and improve people processes.
- Employee relations and employment law: skills to handle and resolve employee-related matters.
- Analytical thinking: ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Cultural Fluency: ability to work with different cultures efficiently.
