Overview of the Job Role:
As a Market Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering HR support across various aspects, collaborating closely with our Market Solutions Partners.
This role involves leveraging existing solutions portfolios and frameworks to drive organizational transformation and change. You will work hand-in-hand with line managers to train, enable, and consult on HR Portfolio Solutions and tools.
The goal is to implement employee-centric people topics, focusing on key lifecycle areas such as onboarding, engagement, compensation & benefits, and people development. This includes translating business requirements into operational plans that take into account local labor regulations.
Requirements:
- A relevant graduate degree, e.g., Business Administration or Psychology.
- Experience in HR leadership roles within corporate, multinational environments.
- Proven ability to manage effectively in matrix organizations with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and multi-cultural settings.
- Project management expertise.
- Significant experience in leading employee relations and union relations.
- Fluent English language skills, and proficiency in Portuguese; Spanish fluency is desired.
