Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Technology Services Application Maintenance team in LATAM.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our ERP and CBT sectors, ensuring seamless integration with our regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic performance management of Support Operations
  • Resource planning and vendor management for App Maintenance team
  • Overall responsibility for Service Level Management and Portfolio Data and Compliance Activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Measurable improvements in application uptime and availability
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
  • Improved operational efficiency through streamlined processes
