
Client Access Service Specialist

The Client Access Management Team plays a pivotal role in delivering identity and access management services to customers. This team reports directly to the Manager Client Access Management, with the primary goal of ensuring that customers have access to the right products at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the access request process and resolve related queries.
- Validate information and provision access for select products.
- Support client contact attestation and user access reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and global security standards.
- Help meet CIAM KPIs and SLAs through efficient workload management.
- Identify and suggest process improvements; update documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new colleagues and supporting team collaboration.
- Perform new customer checks, manage account setup, and monitor license renewals.
- FOLLOW escalation and complaint procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, or related discipline)
- 1+ years of experience in a similar client support or administrative role
- Accuracy in processing information
- Effective communication across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A team player who supports others and contributes to shared goals
