Role Summary

The Client Access Management Team is responsible for delivering identity and access management services to Experian customers in the UK and Ireland. This role ensures that customers have the right access to products at the right time.

This is a client-facing, client-focused position that requires effective communication across all levels.

  • Guide customers through the access request process and resolve related queries.
  • Validate information and provision access for select Experian products.
  • Support client contact attestation and user access reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and global security standards.
  • Help meet key performance indicators and service level agreements through efficient workload management.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements; update documentation.
  • Support team collaboration and onboard new colleagues.
  • Perform new customer checks, manage account setup, and monitor license renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, or related discipline)
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar client support or administrative role
  • Accuracy in processing information
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A team player who supports others and contributes to shared goals
