Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager – BR is accountable for supporting sales revenue growth across Brazil through a well-balanced marketing plan with a specific focus on acquiring new logos and increasing market share. This role will be responsible for lead generation, local marketing activations, and real-time event management support. The Marketing Manager will act as a marketing advisor and support for LatAm GMs and DVP, ensuring that the marketing plan supports the country business objectives as well as the ESI key business drivers. The role reports to the ESI Senior Director Marketing Programs – EMEA & LatAm and has a communications requirement with the wider LatAm marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Sensing: Understand the competitive landscape, distinctive competence, and market problems.
2. Understand the target market by persona, by segment, by geography.
3. Identify key competitor strategies and ensure that ADP has a compelling and differentiated position in the market.
4. Create a marketing plan aligned to ESI central strategy and local country needs.
5. Drive integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth, leveraging ESI and Global tools and resources, or creating something from scratch that speaks directly to the target market as needed.
6. Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Country Management to create a shared sense of ownership, a joint calendar of activities, and metrics to measure success.
7. Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
8. Play an active role in marketing communication.
9. Partner with regional product marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training, and content to successfully highlight local products in the marketing mix.
10. Partner with the ESI public relations team and local PR vendor to support relevant stories, coverage, and brand building in the local market.
11. Manage the budget allocated for growth initiatives and drive the best allocation for the digital budget in conjunction with the LatAm Digital Marketing Manager.
12. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact and ROI of programs.
13. Evaluate, select, and manage local physical/virtual event-related vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs.
14. Partner with ADP marketing operations teams and ESI vendors to support outcomes across digital, web (SEM), eDM marketing, contributing content and expertise to enhance ROI.
15. Develop and implement (with sales) target account strategies to support account-based selling.
16. Marketing content: localize global marketing assets by adding appropriate localization, develop case studies for reference clients, and create sales collaterals and selling tools.
Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing practices.
2. Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, with the ability to generate credibility with and respect from participants at all levels.
3. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company (e.g., vendor and agency negotiations & management).
4. Proven history of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results (top-line and/or bottom-line) for the company.
5. International business experience is a definite plus.
6. Exposure to working in large, global, and matrixed organizations.
7. Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work on his/her own initiative.
8. Accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
10. Positive self-motivating attitude and driven to make an impact.

Education and Experience
1. Native Portuguese speaker.
2. Excellent business English speaker.
3. Spanish language skills desired but not essential.
4. Extensive B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of sizeable new business wins (HR and payroll software experience desirable but not essential).
5. Pragmatic and collaborative in nature and execution.
6. Experience of multiple related teams and budget management experience.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, journalism, or communications.
