
Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our strategic partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance our value proposition for clients and users.
You will collaborate closely with our partners to identify opportunities for joint business plans to drive their business growth, acting as a key account manager. You will also act as a consultant and influencer to support decision-making processes for our partners' businesses (strategy, expansion, acquisitions, etc.).
Your primary objective will be to enhance user experience by leading integration efforts with our key partners. You will establish partnerships with potential new partners that would have a significant impact for clients and users. Additionally, you will facilitate and lead key meetings with partners on a wide range of topics, including presentations, commercial agreements, planning, and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous relevant commercial and business development background;
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving driven by data using Excel and other analysis tools;
- High level of English in a professional environment;
- Proficiency in organizing and structuring documents and formalizing internal processes;
- Advanced ability to evaluate and define internal processes to improve the work of the WL team;
- Outstanding commercial and tough negotiating skills (communication, negotiation, convincing, argumentation);
- Strategic mindset using data to ensure good negotiation and consultative selling with a focus on achieving goals;
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
- Conflict management, addressing conflicts proactively using negotiation and influencing skills to effectively resolve conflict externally and/or internally;
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
