Job Title: Category Sales Lead - Valves & Automation

At M&O Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Lead to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a Category Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the valves and automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the valves and automation industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers and drive business growth.
  • Set, meet, and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industry, with experience in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical valves and automation for offshore platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
