Job Title: Category Sales Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Lead to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships in the maritime and offshore industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the maritime and offshore industries to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with established Brazilian end-customers and potential new suppliers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set, meet, and aim to exceed sales goals, consistently contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the maritime and offshore industry, preferably in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Location: Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
