Remote Client File Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the creation of client files and ensure all necessary documents meet established criteria. This role is fully remote and requires 20-40 hours of commitment per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned clientele from A-Z, providing assistance in completing sets of documents according to required criteria, and proofreading colleagues' work to maintain high quality standards.

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • Advanced Portuguese language skills: reading, writing, and speaking
  • Good to advanced English language skills: reading, writing, and speaking
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Chrome and Google Workplace
  • A reliable internet connection

This is a full-time, part-time, or freelance opportunity with a workload of up to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and attention to detail skills.
