The role of Senior Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships is crucial in driving the success of our business. As a lead relationship manager, you will be responsible for ensuring long-term partnerships with our clients by aligning our product offerings with their evolving needs.
This involves acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level accounts, leading onboarding efforts, and guiding strategic planning sessions to identify new opportunities for growth.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing high-value client relationships. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally will be invaluable in this role.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level accounts
- Lead onboarding, integration, and implementation efforts for new clients
- Guide strategic planning sessions to identify new use cases and deepen adoption
- Surface client insights and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Buid executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Champion client needs internally and ensure their voice is represented in the product roadmap
- 5+ years of experience managing high-value client relationships in SaaS or consulting
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation and executive communication skills
- A track record of reducing churn and expanding client revenue through value delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or complex B2B platforms
