About the Role:- Select, train and manage carrier relationship specialists to ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify relevant insights and present recommendations for action.
- Forecast implications based on current data and trends, taking necessary actions to optimize operations.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to information privacy guidelines.
- Investigate operational issues and their root causes, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Create and track key performance metrics to measure team success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proven experience in employee management and performance development.
- Background in last mile transportation or logistics is preferred.
