Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to lead and execute affiliate strategies tailored for Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities

As the Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the LATAM affiliate & partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and optimization of the channel.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our reach in the region.
Campaign Development & Optimization

You will develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives. This includes:

  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance. You will act as the main point of contact for LATAM partners, ensuring smooth communication and support.

Analytics & Reporting

Use analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization. Leverage data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with Roamless's global growth strategies. Share LATAM market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.

Innovation & Market Insights

Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the LATAM market. Explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously expand reach and performance.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the LATAM digital landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
