Job Title:

Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support internal applications and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-users remotely within cloud platforms like Carbon Black, G-Suite, JAMF, Slack Enterprise, Workspace One, Zoom, among others
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users remotely
  • Promote security measures and best practices
  • Support on IT projects
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for internal end-user hardware and software issues
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • 3-5 years experience IT administration of Windows and OSX operating systems
  • Bachelor's degree or technical IT certification, computer science, or related field of study
  • Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources
  • Strongly independent with the capability to work remotely
  • Experience managing users in Okta and G-Suite
  • Experience with ticketing documentation
Nice to Have:
  • Certifications for SaaS platforms such as AWS, G-Suite, Okta, Salesforce, etc...
  • Experience with UniFi devices and home office networks
