Job Purpose

The Project Analyst role involves comprehending the project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

  • Comprehend project scope and objectives to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure roles, responsibilities, and scope are clearly defined within the project team.
  • Plan and oversee project tasks from procurement order processing to completion, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
  • Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage and monitor internal stakeholders' deliveries, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and outcome-aligned results through effective communication and coordination.
  • Track project status and provide regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor costs during the process to ensure they remain on budget, implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Ensure internal procedures and customers' procedures are correctly applied, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting projects (time, scope, quality), proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
  • Manage communication with customers and company areas, including change orders, project changes, customer complaints about products and services, acting promptly to resolve issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Travel to field sites as needed to follow up on physical project progress, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Job Context

The Project Analyst will participate in project management activities and support coordination between sales, logistics, operations, and the customer, fostering a collaborative and integrated approach.

Make informed decisions regarding project budget and prioritization, balancing business needs with customer expectations.

Plan and monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and maximum ROI.

Key Accountabilities
  • Project Reporting and Review: Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support delivery of the review process, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Project Handover: Manage the customer contract inside the organization after handover from the sales department, ensuring seamless transition and minimum disruption.
  • Customer Service: Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer complaints seeking swift resolution with senior management team, promoting excellent customer experience.
  • Product and Services: Manage, track, and monitor warranty lifecycle, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Audit Compliance ISO: Maintain all ISO processes in conformance with guidelines, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact with supply chain (internal and external) to keep track of the project aligned with customer expectations, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
