The Senior HR Generalist will support HR subsystems as a generalist, ensuring the effective delivery of services having constant interface with local stakeholders and HR headquarters. You will be responsible for processes, developing strategies and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field; MBA on People Management is desirable.
- Fluent English is required.
- Proven experience in a broad range of HR functions, with at least 5 years in an HR analyst role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Desirable Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in training, indicators, policies, values and people management. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
