O Gerente de Key Accounts da Norsul é responsável por estabelecer e manter relações com clientes-chave, identificando oportunidades de negócios e desenvolvendo estratégias para aumentar a satisfação e a fidelidade desses clientes.

Responsabilidades
  • Realizar análises de mercado e identificar oportunidades de negócios;
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para aumentar a satisfação e a fidelidade dos clientes-chave;
  • Estabelecer e manter relações com clientes-chave;
  • Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócios;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas e marketing para desenvolver e implementar estratégias de negócios;
  • Realizar relatórios e apresentações para a equipe de liderança;
Requisitos
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de contas-chave;
  • Conhecimento em análise de mercado e desenvolvimento de estratégias de negócios;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e negociação;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e liderar projetos;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento de contas e análise de dados;
