About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Maersk Training. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for executing sales territory plans to achieve sales targets and developing new business streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales territory plans to achieve sales targets and develop new business streams.
  • Plan and/or attend networking and corporate events to build relationships with key customers.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist with client training bookings and develop relationships with accreditation bodies.
  • Contribute to social networking and tendering strategies to drive business growth.
  • Assist the wider commercial team as required and participate in marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a high corporate image at all times and travel as required to meet customers.
  • Perform any other sales activities as required to drive business growth.

Measurement/SUCCESS Criteria

  • Yearly sales figures as per forecast for customer wallet.
  • Territory plan execution and commercial customer feedback.
  • Collaboration and support with other departments, including Operations and Finance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Preferably strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales or training operations.
  • Preferably proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Graduation level, preferably within administration, commercial, or finance discipline.
  • Self-driven, service-minded, ambitious, and organized.
