About the role
The Client Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with our current clients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about client success and enjoys serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the focal point of contact for clients following the handoff from business development representatives, managing all communication and coordination.
- Negotiate and renegotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Guarantee contract compliances and deliveries.
- Facilitate effective internal communication within our team to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries or issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, proactively identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on client status, challenges, and opportunities for review with internal stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and issues swiftly, coordinating with relevant departments to develop solutions and maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory
Experience with project management or account management in the aviation market
Spanish will be considered a differential
100% office based at Galeão (Rio de Janeiro)
