We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Review and evaluate customer disputes to determine their validity and appropriate course of action.
Conduct thorough investigations, gathering all necessary information and evidence.
Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
**Requirements:**
1+ year of experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
**Working Hours:**
Part-time, 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday, daytime hours (EST).
