Global Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Client Support Specialist to join our team at Qure.ai.
This role will involve serving as the central point of contact for client partners, managing communication channels, coordinating project activities, and resolving client issues.
- Responsibilities include efficient ticket management, meeting support, documentation, and ensuring timely invoicing and financial coordination.
- You will master the nuances of AI in healthcare along with diverse set of clients spread across various geographies.
As a Global Client Support Specialist, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client partners, handling various project action items and managing client communication groups and channels.
- Collaborate with on-ground teams, program teams, and administrative teams to facilitate the deployment of Qure software. Occasional travel may be required on a project basis.
- Effectively resolve client complaints by liaising with Client IT and Program Teams, coordinating remote access requests, and aligning with our internal engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and manage tickets for customer complaints, deployment, and engineering requests. Ensure that tickets are closed with client confirmations and maintain comprehensive documentation with records on internal channels.
- Attend meetings and record minutes in a well-structured format for internal use. Additionally, assist in creating PowerPoint presentations when necessary.
- Maintain client boards with up-to-date documentation and report relevant statistics on internal communication channels.
- Ensure timely invoicing for clients and coordinate with the finance team to facilitate prompt closure of financial transactions.
- A graduation in any discipline is preferred, but not mandatory. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You should excel in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- You should enjoy learning about technology products, having tech ops experience is a bonus.
- You should have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.
- You should enjoy working in cross-team collaboration and support.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
