Customer Partnership and Business Development Specialist

The Customer Partnership and Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships between Qureos Inc. clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives. This position requires exceptional project management skills, vendor management expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that vendors meet or exceed our company's quality and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, actively managing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Source and evaluate potential new vendor relationships, conducting thorough assessments to ensure compatibility with our company's needs and values.
- Identify and capitalize on potential avenues to expand our range of services across various aspects of the client's portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement within our vendor network.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
