Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Seequent is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account planning, relationship building, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction levels to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytical tools
  • Geoscience experience or domain experience in Mining, Civil, Energy, or Environment
