Job Overview
You will lead regional growth initiatives through strategic partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate & partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and optimization.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality partners to expand reach in the region.
Campaign Development & Optimization:
- Develop and execute regional campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with partners to drive loyalty and performance.
- Act as main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Use data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align initiatives with global growth strategies.
- Share market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement.
Innovation & Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the region.
- Explore alternative ad networks and innovative strategies to continuously expand reach and performance.
Requirements
- Based in the region with a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
- Experience working with platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish and Portuguese are plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the regional digital landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
