Configuration Coordinator

This role is responsible for the day-to-day configuration workload assignments.

• Data entry of client configuration in preparation for activation.
• Maintain a high level of configuration accuracy by following established standards.
• Identify and assign workload within expected timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure alignment of progress tracking and quality.

The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring large datasets while following work instructions and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality of configuration.

• Ability to define and ask key questions that help internal clients discover their needs.
• Capacity to anticipate internal/external customers' needs and place them at the center of thinking and actions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to set appropriate expectations with internal clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to precisely follow documented work instructions.

This position requires 2-4 years of working experience in a data operations role, with previous configuration, implementation and/or support experience being a plus.
