Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute targeted account plans for key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services aligned with each client's vertical.
  • This individual will build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders, serving as the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • A consultative approach is required when selling complex solutions including fiber, wireless, IP networking, VoIP, unified communications, security, and cloud services.
  • Leading the RFP/RFI process is essential, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals are prepared, negotiating contracts in line with client requirements and company policy.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, procurement cycles, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements is vital, with collaboration necessary between internal stakeholders and sales representatives.
