Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the region, driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient go-live process
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Identify opportunities to deepen adoption or expand usage across accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client portfolios and suggest growth strategies
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support
  • Contribute to client communications and campaigns alongside Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience supporting client onboarding or managing implementation processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to build client relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Professional working proficiency in English
