We are seeking a skilled expert to lead our logistics delivery quality operations. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring the efficiency of our delivery quality targets.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in logistics delivery quality operations or 3PL delivery quality KPIs, with a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business results. They will be proficient in analytical tools such as SQL/BI and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement 3PL delivery quality KPI models to drive partners towards achieving platform delivery quality targets.
- Analyze and monitor partners' performance, optimizing KPI models based on platform requirements.
- Develop logistics delivery quality control strategies to support the achievement of platform delivery quality goals.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in logistics delivery quality operations or 3PL delivery quality KPIs.
- Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI).
- Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
