Customer Service Role Overview

The Customer Service Analyst position is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and service to clients. Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders from clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical support to the sales team to ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Coordinate internal client demand and request necessary resources
  • Lead and organize S&OP meetings to drive business growth and development

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Intermediate level English proficiency for speaking and reading
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience in Customer Care environments
