  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret drawings and specifications, are required.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Planswift, Bluebeam, and Excel, is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional mathematical skills is crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting is required.

Candidates will be required to upload a portfolio with Furniture Estimation Project Samples to demonstrate their experience.
