We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Compliance Professional to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, ensuring efficient contract workflows, and driving compliance operations.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will act as a liaison between clients and our Legal/Compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
  • They will support our Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Additionally, they will manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • They will assist our AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding and Due Diligence processes.
  • Furthermore, they will support our local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • They will coordinate external advisors (lawyers, accountants) when required.
  • Lastly, they will provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with our Head Office.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support or customer success is required.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities is required.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace) is expected.
