Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business leaders. You will work closely with our finance team to develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to align with the company's strategic goals
  • Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
  • Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, costs, expenses, and profit margins
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to forecast potential outcomes and impacts on the business
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Requirements
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, financial software)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Advanced English
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within FP&A
