Job OverviewThis position involves leading our team of experienced Android engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities- Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of Android applications and tools.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure seamless project execution, efficient communication, and effective collaboration.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance software quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure that all projects meet our quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as an Android engineer with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Android development lifecycle and ecosystem, including languages, frameworks, and libraries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
