Job Title

Lead Application Management Services for SAPS/4HANA environments and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.

Guarantee the successful delivery of services, ensuring strict adherence to project deadlines, scope, and client expectations.

  • Manage end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for SAPS/4HANA environments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, effectively managing expectations and communication.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all project deliverables, implementing best practices and quality assurance processes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, focusing on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and value.
  • Develop and present regular progress reports, KPIs, and project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a delivery or management role for Application Management Services (AMS) specifically focused on SAPS/4HANA.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP concepts to effectively manage technical teams and discussions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and inspire trust, even without direct formal authority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the confidence to interact with all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
