You will be responsible for ensuring governance of the ServiceNow instance(s), managing resources to enable effective operation, and providing guidance on skill development and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of ServiceNow experts to support customer service transitions.
- Leverage IT service management best practices and ensure governance of the ServiceNow instance(s).
- Manage resources to enable effective operation and provide guidance on skill development and capabilities.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Fluent in English.
- Customer-oriented and open-minded.
- Experience with leading/implementing ServiceNow projects, preferably in areas of customer service and field service management.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow highly desirable.
- Proven experience of building and managing diverse IT teams from scratch.
- Experience in service delivery using professional methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMP, Agile, ITSM).
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAFE Agile framework.
- Good knowledge of business areas and countries within the healthcare sector.
- Stakeholder management experience.
