A top-tier IT Quality Manager is sought to drive quality initiatives and lead a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include managing quality teams, resolving complex issues, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage quality teams and resolve intricate problems with significant impact.
- Identify efficiency gains in support of departmental objectives and suggest new work procedures.
- Develop a standard set of metrics related to the cost, effort, and milestones of IT Quality activities.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make decisions on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in an IT Quality role with commensurate people management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational and time management.
- Proven track record of quality enhancements and metrics gathering.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills required.
