We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our cybersecurity services team in the Latin America region.
This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of the specific cybersecurity challenges and opportunities in the LATAM market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the post-sales technical services team in LATAM, focusing on rapid and reliable deployments and customer value realization.
- Collaborate closely with sales peers in LATAM to align technical services strategies with regional business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure operational efficiency within the LATAM region.
- Experience leading post-sales technical services teams within the LATAM region, including managing diverse, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural teams.
- Strong understanding of the specific cybersecurity challenges and opportunities in the LATAM market.
- 15+ years' experience in a high growth SaaS/Cloud Enterprise Technical Services Organization, or similar experience.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of cybersecurity in the LATAM region.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
