The Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional team to craft exceptional user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for turning business goals into unique product experiences that delight our users. Your expertise will help us create intuitive and user-centered solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our product team to develop product roadmaps and design strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Design user journeys and experiences that meet the needs of our users and drive business results.
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless handoffs and timely delivery of design assets.
  • Continuously iterate and improve our products based on user feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
